The holiday was fine very clean staff were pleasant but as all inclusive goes it wasn’t there was only local beer lager and white wine throughout the day which never stated on your brochure. The food was repetitive. Not much of a choice. Breakfast was fine. Dinner was always pasta chicken teatime we eat in once because it was the same food as stated that it was a 4 star it was more like 2 star for food cleanliness of the room was spot on but the food and drink which is main part of your holiday really let the hotel down

Overall we had a lovely holiday although dissapointing that it wasnt the standard we expected. The flight both ways was fine. The air crew did their job but was not friendly and approachable as you would expect from the face of the company. Our transfer was straightforward. The greeting at the hotel was OK. As it was a late flight we was given a packed supper. This turned out to be a bottle od water an apple and a sandwich. Dry bread a slice of cheese a slice of ham (I'm vegetarian) and a slice of tomato, it had clearly been made some time. Our room was in the main hotel. It was basic and clean. There was no folder with meal time or hotel information. The following morning reception informed us where to obtain breakfast. There was a board with meal times etc at reception. . We felt it was an underwhelming start to our holiday. Overall the hotel was very nice. The hotel is situated in a quiet area with a bus stop close by and easily walkable into Tigaki. It's very clean in all the public areas. There are areas that needed attention. There are weeds growing through the paving and it's generally looking tired. The staff, other than on arrival are so friendly and helpful. They are a credit. . The food, although a little repetitive was good and always fresh. The salads were delicious. No Tea or coffee served in the dining rooms. We asked for more teac coffee and milk and was told you only have what is in your room on arrival. Two teabags, two coffee satchels. No milk or sugar. Snacks are only served between 4 pm and 5 pm. Pizza, ham rolls, sausage rolls and a couple of choices of cake and biscuits. Ice creams are only avaiable at this time too. Not good if you have children. It is a family hotel. You can however purchase ice creams from the hotel shop. Beer, wine and soft drink are served during the day. No other spirits. The drinks ....... that was strange if you wanted gin and tonic you had to pay €2 for the tonic. A cocktail ........again, if you wanted a \"nice\" cocktail or a cocktail as we expect fruit etc you had to pay for it, between €6 and €10. No entertainment but we new that when we booked. One or two things we felt concerned about. There was no fire drill/instructions in the room, usually situated on the back of the door. Fire extinguishers were in the corridors but no instruction on central gathering points. The pool had no depth markers originally but that was done during our stay. The was a lifeguard on duty most of the time. We were lay by the pool and a guy with a hedge trimmer started trimming the trees around the pool with a cigarette in his mouth. A plastic container at the base of the steps he was using. No high vis wear, no hard hat. We appreciate safety trules are different but this was a public area, in use at the time. The area was not taped off and this was done above sunbeds, fortunately the guests had temporarily left them. People definately reserved sunbeds. The same towels for 4 days, only used for a few hours a day. Pool towels had to be paid for €20. €10 deposit refunded at the end of your stay.. I think this hotel is not suitable to be rated 4☆ or all inclusive. We always stay all inclusive and have never stayed anywhere with tui or othe travel companies where there are limits on so many things. It has a huge play area but children can only have ice cream for one hour and none served at meal times. Although our rooms were OK they were not what we expected having viewed the online description. We feel the description of the hotel is deceptive by omission. The best parts were lovely staff, position of hotel was good and it it was clean

The choice of food was highly limited. The drinks available during the day were very limited, especially for those that do not drink alcohol. Gym facilities were poor. All facilities that are usually available in a 4 star hotel required an extra charge. Room was basic and in need of renovation. Beds were broken

As expected, it was our second visit. The food for us was good as we love Greek food but would have liked some seafood other than fish, like prawns, calamari, mussels and octopus. I loved the vegetables i.e. aubergines, courgettes, peppers etc that are grown on their farm. The rooms were good with a good a/c . cleaned daily except Sunday. Nice and quiet in a quiet location. No entertainment which is what we like on a relaxing holiday. Some of the staff were a bit miserable but most were fine. Dimitra the owner/manager was lovely, always friendly and helpful, wanting you to be happy with everything and sorted out any problems straight away. The only problem for us was that people were smoking in eating areas outside. There is no smoking inside the restaurant but we like to eat outdoors looking at the fields and mountains as this adds to the holiday experience. Why can't people wait until they have finished their meal then go and smoke at the designated smoking area away from the restaurant? The ashtrays could be removed from outdoor eating areas then this would be avoided. The upstairs Terrace wasn't open for breakfast as they were in the process of repairing a blown off roof.
