Our accommodation experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was gorgeous, beautifully located and provided the perfect setting for our Ibiza getaway. The food was amazing, with plenty to enjoy, and the staff were consistently welcoming, friendly and attentive. The entertainment was also brilliant and created such a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was how much we enjoyed every aspect of the hotel, from the surroundings to the service. Despite booking just 23 hours before departure, we couldn’t have wished for a better holiday. We left feeling relaxed, happy and already excited about our next TUI adventure. A truly wonderful stay that we’d happily recommend!

Too noisey. Also we paid for a sea view room but we had been moved to a different room with no view. We had to walk back to reception to get moved. Also transfer took longer both ways tgan advertised - by 40 minutes

The rooms were small and very basic. Cleanliness of the pool area was not very good. They washed down the tiles into the swimming pool. There were flies floating about in adult swimming pool, dead cockroaches on the tiled area an in the pool and there was a cigarette but at the bottom of the stairs leading to the pool near the main eating area, which was there the whole week we were there.

We were upgraded so I don't know what type of accommodation we might have had otherwise
