    This is the second time we have visited the same hotel and can't fault it for being family friend, we enjoy the both the main pools and the kids love the pirate splash park, the food times are great and there is something for everyone

    It was dirty, unkempt, and tatty. No lifeguard on duty as he was doubling as towel provider. Pool cloudy with green grime on tiles to surround, anything white in the pool turned green! Umbrellas round pool did not fit into bases properly and turned into flying weapons when windy with exposed spikes where material had ripped off. Parasol base where we sat was dirty with spilt chocolate and stayed like that all week. No assistance available round pool. Public areas dirty, public toilets were a health hazard with soaking wet floor and broken flush mechanism. Dining hall food was bland and repetitive (beige). It was like eating in a motorway service station/school dining hall. Tables not cleaned regularly and even when set spilt food on seats. Only one restaurant. All Inclusive should mean just that. I am disgusted that they wanted to charge €45 pp for the al a carte. Mini bar was very sparse and there was a charge for re stocking it, it only has 2 cans of soft drink, 2 bottles of water and 2 small chocolates, and a packet of crisps. My daughter had 9 power cuts in her block. As a family we booked for myself, my daughter and 12 year old grandson we booked 2 rooms and requested they by near each other. Why put us in separate blocks? They offered an alternative the following day but wanted to charge us more money! Daughters room had faulty air conditioner which she reported and they said it would be fixed, this didn’t happen. No quiet public area in the evenings that was quiet where you could sit as a family and play UNO for example in air conditioning, only one main bar with big TV screen very noisy and furniture dated and tatty. The other bar by the pool had plastic garden furniture and was open to the elements. Adults pool but no adult only eating area. So far this year I have been to Tenerife, Greece and Bulgaria each time on an all inclusive basis. The resorts we stayed in were 4 stars and were far superior in every way to the holiday I’ve just had in Ibiza. When we arrived our transfer bus waited over an hour for a set of passengers before we departed. Thus was allegedly due to a luggage carousel failure. Our flight home was delayed 2 hours on the tarmac after we were all boarded, we had minimal information from cabin crew and were unable to hear the pilot when announcements were made to to crying and screaming babies. When we asked cabin crew to clarify what had been said they said they didn’t know. At no time were we offered a complimentary tea or coffee, not even water. There was so much wrong with this holiday and I am deeply disappointed as it was not a cheap holiday.
