The shower did not work only had a tricked of cold water. They said it was because it ran of solar and they could not do anything about it. I had to wash my hair and shower in cold water.. The flush in the toilet only worked once so you had to keep taking the lid off the flush to push the plastic float down in the citren for it to work. Door lock was stiff and had to mess about with it a bit to get in. Not much space for storage. I managed as I was by myself but would have been no space for storage for 2 people. The bed was in concrete base so not the best of comfort. I did not sleep well. Reception lady had absolutely no idear on any information you asked unless she was lazy and didn't realy want to provide it. I felt she was very un formative and rude. The man and lady at breakfast were cute, but watched everyone you made. It was spotless clean but also felt uncomfortable as think they had OCD. The other thing is I was awake from 5am every morning and love a cup of tea bit could not get one till 8am till breakfast was open... I did ask to hire a kettle but they did not provide. If I had know I would have taken my own. But somehow thought I read you could hire one. The pool area was across the road and facilities there was very very minalismst. I think if you could get a drink fro 6am in a mor6would be good or highlight no kettle hire, would help. Overhall the place was spotless. I had a good holiday and enjoyed the resort. But the hotel as advertised on your website is very misleading and the hotel was not worth the money I paid.

We felt overall the accomodation was pretty good for a 3* rating. Our room/s, which actually consisted of 2 separate bedrooms, one double & one with twin beds was fairly pleasant, with a small balcony. There was a small fridge, with completmentary bottle of water in it, but unfortunately no kettle. Room/s were cleaned each day, with fresh towels & basic toiletries provided. The cooked breakfast selection was pretty sparse, consisting of bacon, 'hot dog' type small sausages, scrambled & fried eggs, all of which were only ever luke warm at best. However there were continental breakfast choices & plenty of bread, pastries, cereals. The receptionist Vicky, was lovely, very helpful & always cheerful. The pool area (which is on the opposite side of the road) was very poor. The lounger cushions need replacing & a couple of loungers had no cushions. There were no parasol's, (even though the TUI photos show that there are) & parasols are definately needed, as there is virtually no shade around the pool. There was a pool bar, but this never appeared to be open during our entire stay & there was a notice forbibing any eating or drinking around the pool unless purchased from the hotel. Utimately, we did not use the pool area as we would usually do when on holiday, due to the general unkempt appearance of the area.
