    Excellent food choices at every meal. We had an extra drinks package as UK visitors which we did not expect. Excellent levels of service and cleanliness throughout the hotel

    “Bestes Hotel mit Kindern”

    Super Esser, Alles Sauber, unglaubliche Insel mit viel Grün. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und top Kinderbetreuung. Von Porec etwas laut in der Nacht aber Balkontür schließt super ab gegenden Lärm. Leute die hier nur wegen den all inklusive schlecht bewerten ist nicht mehr zu helfen.

    The hotel is advertised as a four star, but we discovered it is more a 3+. With other hotels you have a welcoming drink but not there. The shower didn’t work properly, we had to get it fixed, the curtains in the room were full of holes, we reported this to the rep. The “all inclusive”drinks menu had a very small selection of drinks that were included, with us having to pay for our drinks, only one bottle of water per week per room! We were with TUI at this hotel three years ago, that’s why we booked it again, but found a marked difference this time from before. If we had known it was going to be like this we would not have booked it again.
