    “TOP für Familien mit Kindern”

    Vorallem die Essensvielfalt hat uns begeistert. Es gab sogar Schnitzel, Cordon etc. Es fehlte einfach an nichts!

    We have mixed feelings about the hotel, the hotel itself is nice. However the food and beverage is not good at all. We found out that even if you have multiple restaurants, during lunch or dinner time they serve the same food in every restaurant. The food was either undercooked and without seasoning or it was burnt. We also got a food poisoning and still recovering from it . We had an issue with one of the lamp in the room , the cable was broken and when we switched off the lamp made a sparkle. We after that checked the rest of the lamps and they were broken too . We were travelling with our toddler so if she would touch that lamp she could have been injured due to that . I believe this is unacceptable for a 5* hotel .

    We are both 72 & 65 year's old and I have Stoma I should have probably requested a room on the lower floor, we were placed on the 3rd floor with no view.
