    Recommended

    We were also very pleased with the accommodation. On our first night, we requested a room change as the original room had bunk beds and we would have preferred a room with two single beds. This request was handled promptly and efficiently, and we were moved to a more suitable room the very next day. The accommodation was maintained to an exceptionally high standard throughout our stay. Our room was always cleaned thoroughly, and the housekeeping service was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble for our housekeeper, who regularly checked whether we needed fresh towels, bottled water, or soft drinks and was always friendly and helpful. This excellent level of service contributed greatly to the enjoyment and comfort of our holiday.

    The accommodation was awful. Everything too far away from our room, we were upstairs with a pushchair and no lift. Refused to move us unless we downgraded our room.
