    They turned off slides at a water park every day multiple times , this is a kids paradise and it was spoiled by rude staff who where not very friendly. My child has disabilities and they did not care, we where in a unclean and dirty room and the pools where not cleaned at all , also the food was not nice at all , we will not be be going back there , we feel we wasted.our money and in the future will probably be trying different holiday providers and location unless tui can rectify this somehow

    The hotel was nice but the aspect of the slides and the VR games all had a very low weight limit ranging between 75kg to 100kg this equates to 11-15 stone I understand that weight limits are needed but this was not mentioned once during booking with TUI and it did impact the reason we chose that hotel as there was so much to do and this resulted in me and my partner not being able to do much of it meaning a little bit of a waste of money

    It was a large complex. Some areas quieter than others (helpful when booking). On arrival it looks like a cheap Disney resort with old Disney stock just randomley placed. Didn't give a good 1st impression. The name is Never land (strange UK & US connotations. Never called Jungle park locally.
