    “GEWELDIG!”

    We hadden een hele mooie verblijf, ruime kamers en de kinderen konden overal spelen en zwemmen het eten was super genoeg keuzes ook. Een hele fijne verblijf lekker druk maar ruimte genoeg voor iedereen omdat het park ook ontzettend groot is je verveelt je niet. Was zeker de moeite waard. Overal leuke vriendelijke personeel bij de Spa heerlijke massage gehad van Iman gezicht behandeling van Meriam en boottrip van Top Blue Marine safari trip van squad safari. GEWELDIGE VAKANTIE!

    Air con didn't work, Tv for when children needed to go to bed early due to illness meant parents couldn't go out, no glasswear in rooms just bottled water, Anniversary forgotten just a disappointment after wanting such a wonderful family time

    On the 2nd day Bella 8 came down with Severe sickness and diarrhoea which meant either myself or my wife having to stay with her in the room for a few days just as she felt better my wife michell was struck with sickeness and diarrhoea this also lasted for a few days which again meant another 3 days lost as a family, whilst my wife was ill lille-mai then came down with sickness and had diarrhoea so bad she messed the bed 3 nights running and it got to a point we had to go and get her nappies lillie- mai is 11 years old so this is highly embarasing for her. We finaly gona few days together where we found the hotel to a decent standard, the rides where great for the kids, the lifegards around the pool are great but the life guards at the water slides are awful there have been a number of occasions where they have let the arab familes push through and go down the Slides ahead of other families this happen to us on a number of occasions and we have met familys have also experienced this and feel this is boarding racism. Today i have now come down with severe diahorrea which is why im messaging, out of 14 days we would not have spent more than 3 days together as a family, A waiter dropped a glass on the floor on the restaurant and it shattered everywhere all over the floor of our table and by Bellas feet cutting her foot slightly. There was blood but not a lot, The waiter didn't even clean it up,he just carried on clearing the table behind us and left the shattered glass one the floor and it took around 3 minutes foe someone to come and apologise and start cleaning this up, we were all wearing sliders or flip-flops so this was highly dangerous. We queued one evening to get into a restaurant with 2 English familes being turned away as they were wearing wet clothing which was great as this is their policy however right behind us a large Arabian family all entered dripping wet as they has just got out of the pool. They were allowed in and the waiter followed them around with a mop trying to mop up after them. Again double standards and different rules for different natationalties. We spotted a number of guests slip on this water which shows why they have the policy and why it should stand for everyone. Our room was right under the flight path so whilst suffering from S&D it was hard for any of us to sleep the planes were all hours 2am, 5am, 7am and thought out the day, we did request a room change and was told no rooms available. However on the same day a family we met made the same request about 30 mins after us and they were moved right away. The is the second time i have booked a holiday to Egypt through TUl, the first time was fanatstic and we really has a good family holiday but after this nightmare experience i am not sure i will be using Tui to book any future holidays

    “Świetny hotel na wakacje z dziećmi”

    Hotel godny polecenia, wiele basenów (z ogromem zjeżdżalni, ale też spokojnych bez atrakcji). Duży wybór restauracji, wieczory spędzaliśmy na wesołym miasteczku, które również jest częścią hotelu.
