The room was fine, met my expectations for a small Greek hotel, it was clean which is most important. We had a sea view which was partially obscured by a very overgrown tree on the hotel grounds so when sat on the balcony we had to sit upright and stretch to see the sea. The pool bar was fine, drinks nice if not a little expensive but don’t accept cash which wasn’t ideal for us. The worst thing was breakfast, the offerings were fine and reasonable quality when we could have it but there was just one member of staff at breakfast and 3 mornings food and cutlery/crockery was not being replenished. No eggs available, no brown bread for toast and I don’t eat white, when offerings were limited and I chose to have cereal there were no bowls. Numerous people were asking for things and it was very slow at being sorted of not sorted at all.

Very poor breakfast, always running out of food / plates etc. cakes were old and should not be there. Coffee undrinkable. went next door to supermarket for a coffee! It would help if the staff at breakfast and in the pool bar would occasionally smile! The system for paying at the pool bar was very cumbersome and not very quick. On a good note the cleaning staff could not be better. The hotel is a warren of corridors and lifts but once you got use to it it was ok.

The breakfast was a waiting game as very slow at replenishing empty food trays - as choice was extremely limited and didn’t have things stated on the room info this made breakfast very challenging - one person refilling and clearing tables! Had to boil own kettles in the breakfast area for tea - one of these badly leaked everywhere - guests ahead to fill the kettles too so this was very time consuming too as often other guests walked off and left the kettles empty - it was an absolute shambles - I’ve never had this before in any hotel

Hotel would benefit from some updating. Breakfast certainly needs looking at. Shower could do with being updated. Overall the room was comfortable and the view was good.
