Chang of management was what we was told last year excellent loads of entertainment this year hardly any food was not good & the apartment had its issues but was sorted. It just went from id say 3* to 2* because of all the changes

We gave been to this hotel previously. This time we found it had declined dramatically. Your TUI rep was unapproachable. We booked our other entertainment through their Guest Relations.

Amazing place to stay. Only thing was the hotel bar shut very early for an all inclusive hotel but other then that we had an amazing honeymoon

Requested a ground floor room which was offered. However the shower was tiny and unsuitable as couldnt get in. Had to wait 2 days to be moved to a room with a large shower but had to negotiate several flights of stairs which caused issues

Needs a lot of TLC. Staff appeared very downhearted. Food and drinks extremely limited and no variation, definitely no healthy options.
