The room was definitely like the picture!! Hardly and storage at all.The decor was dated and had massive cracks in the wall and ceiling,The hairdryer was beside the patio door which was really stupid place to put it.The window in the shower would not open and the drains were loose!! I stepped on it coming out the shower and my foot twisted. The breakfast was the same everyday,needs more options.The woman in the buffet breakfast was awful,constantly shouting ..she would not open the door for fresh air and it was stifling hot.So much for sitting having a alfresco breakfast outside,as you could not as people were smoking which I don’t mind but not when people are eating!! There should have been a designated space for this!! The outside pool and space was great..no sunbed wars.I would not go back to this hotel as it’s not what it seems.Also when we got there we were not told about paying hotel Tax which was €70 euro.To be honest would not go back to Zante as it was actually a dump.

Good, clean and friendly. Close to amenities but far enough away from any general noise.

The Accommodation was a Bed and Breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was no extra charge for the safe or the air conditioning. The breakfast was good with a great choice. The staff were very polite and helpful. Reception 24 hours. Pool was clean and there were enough sunbeds. There was no entertainment but that wasn't advertise so the hotel was quiet. I would stay there again as it was away from the noisy end of the resort. It was less than 5 mins to the beach too.

Asked for fridge to be replaced as it was broken and no freezer door. Poor quality sunbeds . Poor choice at breakfast. Hotel very dated and looking tired in general

Hotel was great. Quiet and clean. Pool was fab and the staff were brilliant. Would 100% return to this hotel.
