    Our room was very dated! It needed a lick of paint, and a thorough clean. The overhead shower did not work at all, we had to use the hose. There was not enough storage space for clothes. The step leading down to the lower level in our room was dangerous as it had raised wood that was a trip hazard. The balcony area was tiny. The outdoor pool area was mostly clean, however it had a lot of broken tiles which were also a trip hazard. The restaurant food was not great, a lot of the dishes (veal, liver, lamb) we don’t eat, they seemed to cater more for guests from Russia, Germany, Belgium etc and not so much for English. The Animation Team were very friendly, and a special shout to Kuvvat and Yusuf who were great! No complaints about the hotel staff in general, they were all very friendly.

    The food is lovely and so are the staff. However it definitely is not 5 star hotel. Maybe 20 years ago but not now. Very outdated. In desperate need to renovation. Hallway looked like a pensions home. Bathroom sink were stained. Balony is tiny with uncomfortable seats

    “Udane rodzinne wakacje w Kaya Belek”

    Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w Kaya Belek. Hotel ma już swoje lata i w niektórych miejscach widać, że nie jest najnowszy, jednak absolutnie nie przeszkadzało nam to w wypoczynku. Wszystko było zadbane, a cały obiekt ma bardzo przyjemną atmosferę. To świetne miejsce na rodzinne wakacje z dziećmi – dużo atrakcji, baseny, mini disco, piękny teren i bardzo dobre jedzenie. Obsługa była miła i pomocna. Pokój był komfortowy i mieliśmy wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Mimo jednej nieprzyjemnej sytuacji podczas pobytu, manager zareagował bardzo profesjonalnie i z dużym zaangażowaniem. Całościowo wakacje oceniamy bardzo dobrze. Wyjechaliśmy z mnóstwem pięknych wspomnień i zdecydowanie chętnie wrócilibyśmy do Kaya Belek ponownie. ❤️
