Accommodation was really good, family run, very friendly and staff were happy to help.

Definitely not family friendly, No floats allowed in the pools, Kids could not be kids, Was not allowed to take food around the pool Unless purchased from the pool bar, which shut at 3.30 but the pool was open until 6 Needs some updating to the rooms and the single bed situation as was very uncomfortable

When we first arrived the apartment we were given, the air conditioning didn't work, ceiling lights weren't attached properly, you could still see the wires. Also the flight of stairs we had trouble going up and down. Would not recommend to anyone with health problems. We rang straight through to reception who said they would look in the morning to see if any rooms were available. They did indeed find us a room, on the ground floor. Thus apartment was better than the first, had air conditioning and lights fitted correctly. There was only one plug socket that we could use in the bedroom and I think to in the living room. The beds were not the best, not comfy and the sofa and sofa bed were hard. The room is very outdated. The whole complex could do with being updated. It's old fashioned. I wouldn't recommend these apartments, due to the rooms, not child friendly and the location. Sorry

Location very good, close to restaurants and shops. Aircon included. Large rooms

Our first contact with hotel reception was met with the old gentleman behind reception, throwing his hands in the air and loudly pursing as uf to say, ho away snd do not mither me. I had only asked if there was a shop nearby where I could buy milk and sugar. Our second contact was the same when asking about the lack of hot water. The lady just said, we share hot water. We had not showered fir 2 days until the cleaner showed us that you have to run the hot water tap for around 3 minutes before hot water reaches you apartment. Up until then we had to boil a kettle and wash in the sink. I must mention that after 3 hours of arriving, my wife fell over on uneven paving, she fractured her elbow, 3 toes, a broken wrist and metatarsal bone. We wanted to return straight home, but we could only contact tui reps by text, and a different one each time which meant having to explain it all over. We asked fir face to face contact, but we were given the runaround each time. Our 3rd contact was when we were leaving. It was the same person on reception that we made our 1st contact with. In the apartment I notice the hinge was coming loose on a cupboard door, had the door come off, it would certainty damage the top hinge. I mentioned this to him, same reaction with his hands, only this time, he shouted, 'I will just throw it out shall i'. This person is your normal grumpy oap who cannot be bothered to deal with guests requests/complaints
