Very clean, friendly staff but the food and drink wasn’t great. Very repetitive food and small choice of drinks for all inclusive. The hotels grounds and gardens were kept to a high standard.

​From the moment we arrived, the team at Kentiya went above and beyond. After losing our main luggage, we spent hours sorting paperwork and didn't reach the hotel until 4:30 AM. Despite the late hour and the kitchen being closed, the reception staff warmly welcomed us and managed to arrange food to lift our spirits. We were completely exhausted and stressed, but the wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and incredible staff immediately put us at ease. ​A massive thank you to our TUI rep, who provided invaluable support with the lost luggage process and helped us organize a fantastic day trip. Every single team member made a positive impression—even the photographer and shopkeeper always greeted us with genuine smiles, checked in on our situation, and recommended affordable places to buy essentials. The bar and restaurant manager is a true asset to the hotel, managing everything effortlessly with a warm smile, and the housekeeping team kept the entire property 5-star spotless. ​Our only constructive feedback is regarding the smoking policy. We struggled to keep our children away from secondhand smoke, as guests were smoking around the children's pool and at tables directly adjacent to the non-smoking buffet area. Implementing stricter non-smoking zones or temporary policies during school holidays would make the resort significantly more family-friendly.

Een prima en rustige locatie. Het ligt centraal in Side smorgens kon je met een gratis transfer je naar het strand laten brengen en smiddags kon je je oplaten halen. Het is ook mogelijk dat je naar het strand loopt (2km). Het eten is zeer gevarieerd en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De hygiëne staat hoog in het vaandel. Bij het hotel is een groot zwembad aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader dit hotel.

Whilst I enjoyed our stay, and the staff were lovely, I probably wouldn’t recommend. The rooms had been recently updated but there was only one air conditioning unit in the main bedroom, so my daughter, who was on a sofa bed in the “living room” didn’t have any air conditioning. The beds were like sleeping on stone they were that hard as we had a tiny blanket to share between the two of us. We had to have our aircon in the bedroom on full and keep the doors open so that our daughter could keep cool too. There was virtually no storage space in the apartment and only 5 coat hangers between 3 of us for a week… the food was okay, we did get poorly stomachs during the holiday though from something we had eaten. Some complained about the selection but there was always something to eat. The drinks selection for all inclusive was poor. The children’s entertainment was the same every night and also poor, the same disco, the same 5 songs, and that was it. The kids club was terrible for older children.

Excellent! Hotel was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Excellent value for money. Room and all public areas were very clean. Polite staff. Best staff were two ladies, Ray and Necla (not sure of spelling) with their lovely smiles and warm manner. Enormous pool. Food was good, with plenty of choice; lots of fresh fruit and veg. Only bugbear was that it was hard to get a sunbed as people put out their towels from 6am, which the hotel allowed.
