    Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful although a couple of staff members were quite rude and abrupt. One waiter who was looking after the outdoor tables was very snappy and unhelpful

    Beautiful hotel, interior decor and outside spaces were well kept. (Swimming pool needs some repairs but understand this can be difficult when open all year) The quality and quantity of food was amazing- so much choice, the staff were very accommodating.

    Will be nice if is TUI give us all information about extra payments ( tax ) and we pay for room what we didn’t receive or give better information how the room looked like and condition of the beds

    Firstly, the TUI app did not give updates on the flight as it was with EasyJet. The accommodation: the grounds were beautifully kept. The SPA: staff appeared dismissive and fed up! Made the experience disappointing. The room: was very small for 4 people. The housekeeping staff did not provide clean cups or glasses, did not provide water in the room beyond day one. I had to strip the beds myself as they did not clean the sheets that were dirty. They said that there was a sign to use to ask but there was not one in the room. Some of the staff were smiley however many f the staff were grumpy and made you feel unwelcome. The hotel was often out of water. In the only eating room, you had to ask repeatedly for glasses or if not for glasses for water! You do not advertise the facilities accurately as children are not allowed in the SPA, or to access the indoor pool or gym until age 16. The third pool is only exclusive access and therefore if you were not in that RIAD, you could not use the pool. The signage was poor at times. The shooting: I was mortified when one of the entertainment staff pointed the gun in my direction as a joke, I have grown up with guns and you just do not do that. all staff taking the shooting were ill-trained around guns. Albeit an air rifle, but these can still do damage.
