As mentioned previously, our room was nothing like the photos on the tui or hotel website - very disappointing. We did mention it to the reception staff, but were told we had the room we had paid for and as the hotel was full they could not move us - the hotel was not full !!!

Room not as shown. Definitely not worth the money. Sadly no mats for getting out of the pool, or when it rained heavily, and also no indoor bar for wet weather,.and limited seating outside.

Overall, we had a lovely stay at the hotel—it is absolutely stunning! The flights there and back were completely seamless with no issues, and the airline staff (from check-in to on-board) were warm, welcoming, and quick to assist. The hotel itself is truly amazing. However, our biggest frustration was with the all-inclusive package itself. It often felt like the hotel went out of its way to find ways to charge you extra at every turn. Despite paying for an all-inclusive stay, you still had to pay out-of-pocket for basic things like a late checkout (priced at around €100) or proper snacks by the pool, which usually cost between €10 and €20 each. The complimentary snack bar in particular was disappointing—rather than decent options like gyros or fresh items, the minimal food available felt more like unappealing leftovers. It didn't feel like a property that gives guests the benefit of the doubt or goes the extra mile to make you feel truly cared for; instead, it felt a bit money-hungry, and you still needed cash on hand to actually enjoy your time there. Aside from these resort-pricing frustrations, the staff and the physical hotel were wonderful.
