    Recommended

    Accommodation was fantastic, staff were helpful, kind and caring. The entertainment team Maria and Grace were great too! The only thing would be that some parts of the hotel are quite dated and there could be more food options. Other than that I loved it!!

    The star rating wasn’t correct but we read the reviews so we were aware that the rooms were tired .The hotel reception, restaurant and pool were very good a little tired in places if you looked hard . The bedroom was spacious again soft furnishings were tired but very comfortable. The bathroom was poor , clean but the shower was in the middle of the bath and the glass shower screen was on left and didn’t cover the shower water . There was a shower curtain on a pole but it was too short a lot of water going everywhere . Pressure was good and always hot which was good but the silicone around sink and bath was poor . The hallways where the rooms were was tired and stained, not what was expected. Overall the hotel was very clean and staff were really good but it was a hotel of two halves . There were a lot of people complaining to reception as they were disappointed with the hall ways and rooms .

    It could be a better room with a proper shower instead of a old bath and a new sink plug, and a small leak was apparent after a shower in bath, in general the accommodation was excellent and clean towels etc everyday.

    Ready for a makeover in some places, they did not originally give us the sea view room we paid for. One male member of staff was very rude to us when doing the room changeover. The rooms were never cleaned or beds changed we had to request on day five for someone to clean the bathroom. We did get fresh towels and a bottle of water every day. Sunbeds are very old and dirty and lots are broken, the pool toilets are down a set of spiral stairs,dangerous when wet,and not fit for purpose 🤢 nowhere to change your swimsuit. Food extremely repetitive meat often inedible and we have never seen in any previous hotel staff pour the fresh food on top of the old food yuk! The a la carte restaurant was lovely! If this had not been a tui late deal and we would have been asking for our money back. This is not a usual tui 4 star no porter service, self service drinks everywhere.
