Hotel rooms are in desperate need of detail clean and maintenance. When looked at Hotel in store it need not clearly about kettles/ tea n coffee and fridge having an extra charge. Having paid extra charges when we arrived, I had to ask for tea/coffee to be replenished everyday! Most days our room was not attended properly. Two days at least only thing done was bin emptied. To top it off we had booked at time of booking for late check out, so member of staff who supposedly had done our room came knocking on our door when she had finished her shift that day looking for a tip. Obviously we did not give her anything for reasons already stated and thought it really quite cheeky.

Rooms are very small and old fashioned. The bathroom very small very basic. The shower was mouldy and furniture was broken in room
