    Was very basic but the pools grounds were kept very clean. The beach was lovely but unusable at times due to the large amount of Masai people standing staring at you waiting for you to go in the sea and then driving you mad, up to 100 of them at some points this alone ruined our supposed beach holiday

    The hotel grounds was so well manicured and staff 99% of the time were so nice and helpful, food and drink were good, but the rooms were let down by the overall quality, bedding and pillows always had a wired musty smell and felt damp, mosquito nets stunk if we’re honest, although I would recommend the hotel a few things need to be addressed to make the experience and visit more memorable.

    I have submitted a complaint already but Very poor food and drinks Cleanliness an issue Healthy and safety issues We go on holiday for a rest this was not the case loud on the beach where were preferred to sit due to the dangers round and in the pool mouldy bathroom Dampness in room all clothing was wet Had to ask practically every day for coffee and mild to be left in the room. Sometimes it didn’t even happen. No sooons of sorts ever in the room unable to stir coffee when it was left Waiter taking cups and spoons of our table even when we were not finished as they didn’t have enough

    The food options were not great at all, for a large hotel you'd think there would be more options. We were promised 2 visits to both of the ala carte restaurants, but had to ask for the 2nd visit only to be told we only get 1 visit. They did relent and grant a 2nd visit to the African Restaurant, to be honest the Fish Restaurant was not that good. The drinks were awful! The beer came in bottles and the content was bigger than the glass, so you ended up being served warm beer out of 3 different warm bottles. The standard of spirits including wine was also awful.
