Booked hotel as it stated it had air conditioning and laundry service. Air conditioning was not working fully, only blowing out air, much the same way as fan would have but without any flexibility in direction. Reported this but no improvement of change of room offered. No laundry service offered, even though this was stated in description. Some staff indifferent, others, in particular reception staff, friendly and very helpful.

Great location, right next to a beach. Awesome sea views. Short walk into el medano. Large rooms. Very clean in and outside. Pool and pool area needs attention. Food good, but could be hit and miss

As i Say 2 poss 3 at most stars and that generous Food was all Cold all week due plates and when having breakfast an Automatic toaster waiting for it to go through turned off by Kitchen Staff with toast unable to eject the plate should have been thrown at her Terrible

Old and inefficient air conditioning leading to unbearably hot room preventing sleep. Food was very poor, cold, recycled for days and tasteless. Vegetarian options non existent. Housekeeping was poor. Room was dirty on arrival and remained that way despite asking for it to be cleaned.

The hotel in itself is clean but the cleaners don't change cups and brush the flood. Had to walk around picking bits of the floor to make it look clean. The food had very little selection, meat tasted like rubber or burnt to a crisp. Pasta was always solid, we lived on baguettes and salads while we were. No air conditioning in the room, apparently there is but when you turn it on you get very little air coming through and within 5 mins it has turned itself off, bed and sofa were uncomfortable so add that into a humid room, we had terrible sleeps. Staff were all lovely and the views from the hotel and my balcony were absolutely amazing! Photo album full of sunrises and sunsets. Overall I wouldn't go back to the hotel due to sleep difficulties and the lack of food quality and selection.
