    The private pool was not heated and it was not possible to use it once. Which was the main attraction for us , this should be made very clear because we would not have considered this had we known There was no beach service available,as advertised. Only one restaurant open with a very small choice which was the same for the whole of the 10 nights. Warning should have been given about the wind,because of the hillside location and between June and September the site is subject to strong wind which some days was so strong you couldn't use the patio and sun beds, even the main hotel areas were uncomfortable to use at times as the only functioning bar was very exposed to the wind,and the majority of the dining area was also subject to the wind . The only way to escape the wind and get more choice of meals was to take a trip out which was expensive.,car hire should be recommended because there was nothing nearby what so ever. Which ment using taxi or hotel transfer which cost 50 Euros The transfer to the airport was painful there were 10 pickups which took nearly 2 hours and left hardly any time at the airport. We did not see or hear from a Tui rep at any point of the holiday The Staff at the hotel were extremely good very helpful and friendly,but could do nothing to help with any of these issues. On the surface this hotel looks fantastic no complaints at all, but when you take all of the above points into consideration the Holiday experience was not at all 5 star and for the cost was very disappointing.i expected so much more from a Tui holiday.

    Eines der besten Hotels in denen ich je war. Service wird hier mehr als groß geschrieben und die Anlage ist erstklassig.

    The hotel was incredible. Beautiful greek architecture. Room had everything we needed, loved the private pool and the team at the hotel provided incredible service.
