We just got back from a brilliant two weeks here to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and the hotel really made the trip special. From the second you walk into the massive, open lobby, you can tell it's a well-looked-after place. The pool setup is easily one of the best features. They have two main pool areas—one lively activity pool where the entertainment team hosts games and keeps the energy up, and one completely quiet pool. Having the choice meant we could completely tailor our day depending on whether we wanted to get involved or just lie back with a book. Plus, the 10:00 AM pool opening rule is a game-changer—it completely stops the stressful, early morning rush for sunbeds! TUI The food was another massive highlight. The main buffet restaurant had a huge variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with themed nights that changed all the time so we never got bored over the fortnight. The real standout for us, though, was the poolside snack bar. It’s perfect for a casual midday bite, and the quality of the food there was top-tier. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. The entire entertainment team were so genuinely friendly and full of energy. They made a real effort to chat with us and get to know us personally throughout the two weeks. The evening entertainment they put on was fantastic and quickly became our favorite part of the night. A spotless, welcoming, and well-run hotel in a great location right by the black-sand beach. We had an unforgettable anniversary trip and would highly recommend it to anyone!
