    Dirty pool area , bones on the floor for 5 days, cups left, tables sticky, lots of broken sunbeds when we took beds from kids pool told not allowed to move them . Edge of pool dirty needs scrubbing grime on tiles, tiles missing by quiet pool. Dirty restaurant areas both inside and out, the latter smell of cat urine in areas, by balcony overlooking pool, sticky tables never wiped after clearing just relayed cutlery on dirty tables. we have had to ask for cutlery many times and have been told 10mins wait, or go outsideor just ignored. there is no salt and pepper on tables have to ask for it. Restaurant floor never seen a mop and bucket filthy floors. Bird faeces on chairs and tables not wiped down. Building wort that way to long to complete dangerous and I report that at breakfast one morning we saw this member of staff juicing oranges, which you pay extra for , we were going to order some until he finished juicing and had 2 full glasses, that were too full to carry to the guests table, so he drank from each glass and then took them to the guests!!. I am horrified this happend it is disgusting and unhygienic. Reported to guest relations who did not seem bothered or shocked! Last night we were told we cant sit in certain areas of the outside seating as it is for French guests!! Went to reception to Complain to management but no manager apparently. Toilets by the bar are very dirty doors need sanitising!! Faeces on floor and walls in both areas. Taps loose and not working. Bedrooms , had to ask for towels and soap. floors not cleaned beds not changed at all had to ask 2 times to be changed. Carpets next to bed very dirty, floors need deep clean, Bathroom sink does not empty as plug is stuck and very dirty around the rim, Dirt on walls by toilet and doors, looks like blood, but not cleaned off since we got here we report to reception nothing done! They did unblocked shower and toilet on request and offered us a free meal in the A la cart restaurant we were are entitled to anyway, so not much of a compensation. Unable to sit outsiders room as there is not enough room or chairs for 3 of us. Cat faeces on the grass over grown trees and bushes.

    Please if you’re English stay away from this hotel it’s not all inclusive even though that’s what you pay for if you want photos please ask it’s a 3star at best

    The hotel Valeria Jardine was amazing, huge resort with friendly staff. The rooms were very clean, and when there was an issue with the toilet, it was resolved quickly. The food and entertainment was brilliant, the entertainment team spent time talking to me and my partner everyday and the overall hospitality was faultless. I am going to go again to the same hotel in the summer
