    We were a party of 11 and I wanted and paid for 3 single rooms within that group. When we arrived we were offered a duplex instead of 2 singles, wasn’t really keen but was pushed by reception staff , selling it almost as an apartment with 2 separate rooms . When we went into the room it had 2 single beds downstairs and three upstairs with a rickety staircase between the 2 . Totally unsuitable for myself and sister, as the bell not delivered bags I told him it was unacceptable & he rang reception to be told nothing I can do. Went tor reception straight away and told could nt do anything about it for 2 days ! So why wasn’t my room available ? They did nt have the rooms we booked , so what would’ve happened if I had said no to the duplex? The following day I spoke to the TUI rep and asked why there were no rooms for us ? He said he would look into it . Before he came back to me I spoke to guest relations , who apologised and offered me 2 cabanas for a day ax a gesture of goodwill providing I signed to say I was happy .he also told me that the jotel had overbooked the rooms , I asked what would be happened if I had not taken the duplex in the first place, he told me probably someone else would’ve got it . The guest liaison listened to me , which is more than the reception staff did & the cabana experience was very nice , but on reflection we paid for 3 single rooms for 7 nights and for 2 of them we only occupied 2. I don’t think that was the value of the cabana . It also meant that for 2 nights we were living out of our suitcase as pointless to unpack when we were moving rooms . The guest liaison was very understanding and helpful but it certainly put a dampener on the start of our holiday

    “Liberty Lara hotel”

    Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Pools waren jeden Morgen sauber, was ich verbessern würde ist das Essen und und mehr liegen am Pool, denn wenn man nicht in der Früh um 06:00 Uhr seine liege reserviert ist alles weg. Der Strand da könnte etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit achten. Ansonsten war alles super 🙌

    Wonderful staff in all areas, from the frontvreception to the cleaning staff, bar staff and restaurant staff. Good variety of quality food.
