The holiday was advertised as \"all inclusive\" however there was a charge for bottled water, tea and coffe at the pool bar. There was a water fountain available in the dining room, only when it was open. The hotel was also lacked some basics like coffee and milk in the room, and the bar did not have tonic to enjoy a refreshing gin. Whilst I appreciate that every person's pallette is different, the lager, red wine and white wine were undrinkable. When we asked what was stocked at the advertised \"Beach bar\" we were told \"just water\" The shower was loosely fitted to the wall, and the waterfall style head only came out of one corner, indicating that the head itself had not been descaled/cleaned for some time. There was also a persistent odour with small bugs in the bathroom also. The signage also presented conflicting times for the bar (one sign said 23:00 and another 00:00) It appeared that our last night was also the closing night for the hotel itself as there was no music, or drinks readily available the next morning as the bar had been stripped. Staff did bring juice to reception, but this was just moments before the transfer arrived.

Totally disappointed by TUI presence in resort Non existent. Looked forward to Welcome Meeting to give us information on the island and any available trips from the resort. No rep available for us However, on the Sunday after we arrived, miraculously a TUI rep arrived to give a Welcome Meeting to a group of Polish (?) tourists. Not impressed. Sorry. Other than that, a great holiday

Had issues with door not locking despite telling reception. Shower was cold most evenings. Food was disgraceful, lack of variety and vegetarian options. All inclusive was an absolute joke, very limited offerings on drinks, no bottled water available- had to pay for bottled water at extortionate prices. Really very disappointed at the whole experience. When the hotel lost power due to a storm, there were no welfare checks, no offers of drinks (couldn’t get usual drinks as nothing worked due to there being no power) lights were out in our corridor so very dark and incredibly dangerous.
