“Wakacje w Hiszpanii”
Ogólnie pobyt był bardzo udany, małe minusy z hotelu wynagrodziły nam piękne widoki i pobyt na plaży z ciepłą wodą w morzu.

Hotel was overall not good, was put on a floor with steps down to my room, them move to 6th floor. First day reported the electricity went off, tryed to ring downstairs, they never answered the telephone. Door frames hanging off, no disabled toilets in room or downstairs. Dining room was dirty not clean so had my meals out every day even thou i payed for all inclusive Got in touch with tui to get electricity back on to fix door frame. There was kids playing knock and run constantly

Had to stand at reception for nearly 1 and half hours because they said we had no booking on their system. There were no seats in reception. I had to contact Tui online and try and confirm my booking and the hotel did nothing to help. Eventually I paid a desposit for a room until the next morning when booking was confirmed. A nightmare start.

TUI charged for a balcony I did not receive to start with. Moved after several hours later with a balcony but purely on request and not because I paid for it. Moved to a room with no air con. Hotel chaotic and staff unfriendly and hostile. Food was just about edible. This should not be described as a 3 star hotel. Advertised fast WiFi but not fit for purpose and unusable. Lifts not fit for purpose. The whole experience ruined the holiday, it was extremely disappointing and not an enjoyable experience.
