The hotel is dated and rundown the bath in our room was yellow along with the shower curtains and wall tiles. The lifts in the hotel didn’t work for the three days,the sun beds on the roof terrace were broken and the pool area filthy with food on the floor around the pool and in the pool.

The room I was given had no aircon in the room and the window was very loose and we was on the 4th floor and didn’t feel safe to open it. It wasn’t that clean the tv only half the screen was working . One day we didn’t have any water so we couldn’t have a shower or brush our teeth. It constantly smelt like someone had used our toilet. We couldn’t flush as we had no water. We got stuck in the lift at least 4 times and they always broke down, the restaurant there had a leak straight into the Bain Marie where I was picking my breakfast from the ceiling. It’s giving my anxiety just typing this

as previously said, hotel needs to be refurbished/updated. Also most holiday makers were spanish and were catered for more than others

Check in was a shambles, the hotel lifts were slow and unreliable. The room was fine and the maid service was very good

Very Spanish, no one spoke English, food was limited as no English advice on what food was, hotel was dated, unclean, broken chairs in balcony, cockroaches in hotel corridors, lifts a nightmare to 6th floor where our room was, could not open patio doors in bedroom, electrics dodgy in hallway of room, beds uncomfortable
