We had a lovely holiday overall and, apart from one major issue, everything was really good. The accommodation, staff and overall experience were enjoyable, and we had a great time as a family. Unfortunately, there was a sickness bug going around the resort for over four weeks, and sadly both of my children caught it while we were there. This had a big impact on our holiday and was especially worrying as parents. I understand that bugs can happen, but the fact that it had apparently been circulating for such a long period of time was disappointing. I feel more could have been done to prevent the spread and to keep guests informed about the situation. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday, but the ongoing sickness outbreak definitely affected our experience and is something I hope the resort takes seriously going forward.

It was dirty and outdated, there was no clean bedding provided, lots of noise from neighbours at night, smoking everywhere on the resort which was disgusting, we all got food poisoning and my son has also developed hand foot and mouth disease from the filth

The accommodation was clean and tidy, the pictures of the rooms did make them look bigger than they were. Also, we wasn't made aware that our outside seating was road side, no privacy at all.

The hotel was run down same as the rooms, the showers leaked no matter how many times we reported it, it was never fixed, ants in the children’s room, on the Saturday of our stay because they finished at 4pm they weren’t going to clean our room. Food was never hot and always Luke warm.
