    “Griechenland zum ersten Mal”

    Das kleine Hotel Malia Bay Beach ist ein schönes und ansprechendes Hotel. Direkte Strandlage und mehrere Pools mache den Urlaub perfekt in ruhiger Lage fernab vom Zentrum. Etwas mehr Personal wäre wünschenswert an den Bars und im Speisesaal ,aber auch nur bzw. Leider um die Hinterlassenschaften von anderen Urlaubern zu beseitigen. Verdiente 4* und leckeres und vielseitiges Essen. Dank übersetzter App konnte man mit der Rezeption gut kommunizieren, weil dort leider niemand deutsch gesprochen hat. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder 😊.

    The accommodation was exactly as described. Lots of choice for food and drink for an all inclusive. Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was modern and always clean. There are a few things like the gym and outside toilets that need a slight update, but overall the facilities were perfect and meant that you could just relax and have a lovely holiday.

    Hotel at first glance appeared nice, clean and somewhat modern. We asked to switch our room 3 times on 3 different days due to flooding problems in the bathroom and other issues; each time we were getting told ‘come back tomorrow and we will sort it’ however the staff never did and we eventually gave up asking. Our room wasn’t cleaned brilliantly and we was often left without bath towels daily and the reception was unable to provide us with any when we requested some and acted as though we’d were bothering them and being a hindrance. The food was one of the worst qualities I have ever experienced whilst on holiday, all of it stone cold sometimes undercooked meat and often left out for long periods of time. Unfortunately we were left without a room on our final day for 10 hours. We had asked at reception about extending our room 4-5 days before departure and again got told to ask again at a later date (the day before) to which when I did ask again they stated they can no longer accommodate this and to ask again the day after to which we got the same answer of ‘it’s no longer available’. We asked if there was another room to which we could use but was met with the same response despite no arrivals whilst we was still at the hotel. The facilities they had for leaving guests were almost non existent, they had 1 shower for male and 1 for female in the bathrooms, the males shower door didn’t even lock and they had ‘lost the key’ Very disappointing
