Entertainment staff were great fun all the cleaners did amazing jobs and everyone else was friendly and nice people too be around

We had items stolen from our room. That was the worst thing because we didn’t know what we were coming back to each day. We challenge the management about the issues and had our items returned to us. But why were they taken in the first place. The hotel charged us £4 per day for the safe in our room. This was supposed to be included in the price of the holiday. The cleaning of the rooms was almost non existent. We had to ask for towels continually. Beds weren’t changed. Although they did turn the bed sheets around the one day? With this in mind we resorted to hanging the do not disturb sign on the door so they didn’t enter the room. We didnt have anything go missing after that and we continued to ask for towels as previous days. Drinks machines were continually breaking down which left us for some times hours with out anything but beer. Unless you paid for drinks from the hotel shop. The hotel shop charged three times the price when the kids bought items than when mom or dad did! Probably because the kids would be non the wiser. Management weren’t very accommodating when they were questioned about their hotel issues. No kids entertainment! Quality of evening entertainment was very hit and miss. Entertainment also started very late. Food wasn’t varied enough which led to repetitive meals and made eating very boring. This pushed us to going out 75% of our meals. This obviously cost us a lot of money, over 1.5k Shower was cold most of the time we were there. The only days it was warm was the first day and last day of the holiday. After talking to other guests from the hotel, stories and experiences of the hotel were very similar.

It was lovely and the staff very friendly and very helpful
