The pool was clean, the room was clean, the water supply was being fixed for the whole two weeks so the shower and bason water was very slow (non existent 02.00 - 04.30 most nights). Owin to low guest numbers for 4 ot 5 days there was no evening buffet, only a menu to order from with limited choices, only 3 deserts available all week. As my wife is Gluten free, only choice - ice cream, as I do not eat coconut, only choice ice cream, which was nice. The staff we friendly and in the main had very good English, we were impressed. Sadly far too many brash loud Americans were in the resort, and during festival week, full of locals so much louder entertainment in the evening preventing us sleeping. We do not go away for the entertainment so are pleased when there is none. Owing to loud music and games, we chose not to use the pool during the day, only using it at 9pm on one night, which was a shame as it was lovely. TUI does not know the resort, the hotel, or the local festivels so gave bad or inacurate advice, not all rooms have balconies, and 40% of rooms look out to a car park, again not mentioned in the broucure or by shop staff, very misleading! TUI try to sell trips which are inappropriate and the App is pointless, the company needs real people with local knowlege in shops to advise, and they need to do far more for the customer, so many things are made the customers responcibility to remember to do, all time consuming and confusing. As we pay for a service by visiting a store, the service is getting less and less and is becoming inadiquate and prevents clients having a trouble free, relaxing expierience. Sorry TUI, resort quite nice, UK Staff poor and ill informed.

The hotel was lovely. It was clean and modern. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty but until the hotel got busier there wasn’t much variety. The children’s pool was covered which was great for the children but it did mean that as it got busier adults tended to use it too but that is not the hotel’s fault.

We had a great holiday the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had the best time ever we would definitely recommend this hotel, yes there are some things that need looking at but this didn't spoil our holiday and would go back the food was very good you wouldn't go hungry here 😂😂

Room had everything you needed ,disappointed no kettle, tried boiling water in coffee maker, water tasted of coffee, bed was huge. Pool area lovely, not enough shade, where sunbeds are area not cleaned or scrubbed for entire 2 was, split drinks marks all around sunbeds, someone does sweep,but needs regular scrubbing. Clientele everyone was great all nationallyites, only when groups of football girls arrived 40 -70,where any problems,screaming, bad language, drunk, o well we were young once lol , majority of girls and family's were fine. Pool bar great, restaurants good, food good, staff amazing, went on trips with Minor gonzalez tours,look him up on Facebook or Google, amazing trips, and very friendly. Lots of wildlife at hotel. Overall had a lovely holiday and met some lovely people there.

Entertainment was often announced round the pool and never happened like aqua aerobics, quizzes etc. Also only a handful of evenings had entertainment. On the plus side the room was kept very clean and all staff at the hotel were friendly. I doubt for one minute you’ll publish this!
