    Recommended

    Very clean and well maintained hotel. Special shout deserved for a heroic daily cleanup on the sargasso buildup. The sea was easily accessible, with a clean water when other hotels nearby had roten seaweed polluting the beach and the water.

    Staff very welcoming wherever we went, particular thanks to Emilio breakfast in the beach house, Jorge & Alfredo in Latino restaurant & Beach house in the evening’s. Enjoyed our ground floor room & terrace lovely position near the adult pool and not far from the beach. Very pretty setting and attractive gardens. Tui rep Maria was very approachable and helpful.

    The swimup room was very disappointing and there were much better room available as the resort was virtually empty. The room itself was very large and comfortable. The ground and swimming pools were fine and well kept but the biggest disappointment were the restaurants. The resort was advertised as having four restaurants. One was a small taco restaurant close to the beach which shut at 5:00pm every day of the other three one was always shut in the evening and only the main Beach Restaurant was open for lunch although on our last two days this was also shut lunchtime leaving the taco restaurant available at lunchtime. Of the evening restaurants that were open, the menu never changed and often things were not available. All the menus were quite mediocre and certainly not up to the stand of four to five star rated hotels that we have previously stayed at.

    The food was appalling tasteless and way too much salt, hardly edible and the staff wouldn't let you just have a plain salad for example, the buffet breakfast was not fully covered in places and there was a constant battle with birds pecking at food on display. We were told that all the restaurants would be open all the time but only one or two some nights. We could also tell the difference if you tipped the hotel staff or not which shouldn't be the case.
