The accommodation was great. However this was the first hotel we went to without a TUI rep but we were told the TUI 24/7 helpline was brilliant. Unfortunately it was not. Didnt answer my first question, when I re-sent it, some guy who was 'just about to leave' said he had 'rung the hotel and they said...' However, the hotel didnt know the answer to my question and the information from TUI was wrong. WE are not 36 euro's out of pocket going somewhere to see something that wasnt on. Not good at all and I will never book an 'unattended' hotel again. Very disappointing

Great for families with young children, very good evening entertainment. Good food / drinks aside from regularly seeing mouldy pieces of whole fruit at the buffet. Spoilt slightly by the sun bed reserving that meant we could not always sit by the child pool with slides that our children desperately wanted to use - any many reserved sun beds remained unoccupied for large periods of time.

Quite a bit of rubbish around the grounds especially behind sunbeds - No sign of anyone picking this up. The play area was a major health and safety hazard which we reported to reception when we were there - Exposed nails sticking out, ladder steps rotting (wood). Rooms nice and spacious, only cleaned on alternative days which I would have preferred everyday.
