“Wakacje w Hiszpanii”
Niestety nie polecam. Bardzo długo czas oczekiwania na zakwaterowanie, trudności w porozumiewaniu się w języku angielskim z personelem. Pokój odbiegał standardem od moich oczekiwań i ceny, jaką zapłaciłam. Brakowało wody butelkowanej, ściany były brudne, pokoje wymagałyby remontu. Na plus dobrze działająca klima, balkon, duże łóżko (za które dodatkowo płaciłam)

“Cena nieadekwatna do jakości”
Minusy: Baseny brudne brzegi zagloniałe w wodzie chipsy i kubeczki po napojach, leżaki bardzo ciasno ustawione że nie da się przejść i też brudne, jedzenie średnie raz było ok raz niejadalne, obsługa kompletnie nie zna angielskiego i faworyzuje hiszpańskich gości, brak wody butelkowanej i czajnika w pokoju, dwie wolne zacinające się windy na cały hotel Plusy: pokoje duże i duże wygodne łóżka dobra klimatyzacja (suit royal premium) codziennie sprzątany chociaż łazienka wymagałaby odświeżenia, animacje fajne ale niestety tylko po hiszpańsku i bardzo późno teatrzyki dla dzieci o 22:30 Ogólnie byłoby ok gdyby kosztował 25% mniej za tą cenę kompletnie nie polecam

Very disappointed will definitely not be going back all geared up for the Spanish Entertainment was on far too late for Children and right by the pool area the pools are dirty and full of bugs our room was dated and had mould round the bath the ceiling was mouldy the patio doors covered in dead bugs still there week later some of the staff so rude

The accommodation was not of a good standard of cleanliness, the pool was dirty, the soft furnishings were stained and dirty. The food was often not fresh and crawling with insects. There was a noticeable improvement on the food in the main buffet during the weekend when there were many local guests visiting. The 'all inclusive' was not all inclusive, it was almost impossible to get the staff to book us into a resort restaurant despite it being included. The gym cost 5 euros per person per visit, was very poorly equipped and had no air conditioning. The indoor pool was extra per visit. There were limited sun loungers and they were jammed together to make room for Havana beds in the best spots which cost extra to rent per day. You were hounded by photographers during the stay to take your picture so they could sell them to you. The staff in general were very friendly, professional and accommodating, and spoke a good level of English. We also appreciated them enforcing rules around reserving sun loungers which made the lack of them much easier to deal with. The pools were excellent (when clean enough to swim in) and the resort well furnished and modern in general. However the poor hygiene level throughout the hotel and the lack of value to their 'all inclusive' package detracted from what would have otherwise been a nice visit.
