    We asked when booking if we could request a high floor, room towards the sea end of the hotel. We had booked a deluxe room with a limited sea view & a pool view. On arrival we were allocated room 508 which when we went to the room, the view was a part sea view but at the opposite side of the hotel to the pool. On opening the patio door , the noise of road/building work was such that you wouldn’t have sat out during the day. Returning to reception we put the issues to reception who when checking were told we had been allocated the wrong room. Other rooms were offered rooms 424 & 201. Due to all other rooms having been allocated, room 201 was the best on offer. The view was by far not the best. There was a large tree obstructing a clear view of the pool & you could sit on the balcony to get a very limited view of the sea. We were very disappointed with the views that we had expected.

    Lack of air-conditioning in restaurant and concert room , seating through out the hotel not designed for older and Disable people . No information displayed when tui rep was visiting . On a positive note food was good and restaurant staff was unbelievable.

    Lovely hotel, perfect position right on the beach. Hotel was very welcoming and very clean. Breakfast as really good with a lot of variety. Only down side was the availability of sun beds. It seems that they are covered with towels very early in the morning so when coming for breakfast at 8 - 9am they are all taken. Then they are empty for hours. We spent 16 Euros every day on the beach whilst the sunbeds at the hotel was covered with towels but no one sitting them. I think this needs to be addressed so that all guests get a chance to stay by the pool if that is their preference.
