The only adaption of the hotel room was,the bath removed, making it a wet room. The seat for shower wasn't fixed, just a garden chair. Getting into the wet room was laughable, i had to fold leg rests in on my wheelchair, steer into shower, reaching backwards to close the wet room door. The room and corridors were in need of some refurbishment. Wood panelling in corridors is warped and falling off. The room cleaning was lacking, my bedding wasn't changed my entire stay,the wet room was wiped over,floors were washed twice. It might be a good idea for someone from Tui actually go and inspect the hotel, especially the so called accessible rooms.

Our experience is on our 5th time of visiting, the pool is fabulous,which is what we wanted, but the hotel itself is in need of a revamp. Corridor walls outer skin peeling off, bath/shower in rooms leak into living quarters, this has been a problem for the last 3 visits. Generally needs an up grade to freshen up,.
