    The accommodation was in a poor state of repair. There was various hygiene issues.

    I had no pillow for 8 days despite reporting this daily, no towels for 2 days and had to report this 8 times before I got towels. Room was not cleaned 2 days in a row and no water was left meaning we had to buy this for 2 days. The entertainment focused more on children and there was zero entertainment any night other than a Friday, entertainment was the main reason I booked this hotel and I was left very bored for the full 14 days. Most of the staff were good but housekeeping were lazy and constantly ignored my requests for basic supplies

    Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet the standards expected of a true 5-star hotel. While the property has potential, many areas are in need of maintenance, refurbishment, and better upkeep to reflect its advertised rating. Guest comfort also needs to be a much higher priority. Basic essentials such as towels should be consistently provided in rooms without guests having to request them. Additionally, dining areas should have fully functioning air conditioning to ensure guests can enjoy their meals in a comfortable environment, particularly in hot weather. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, facilities, and attention to guest comfort to truly justify its 5-star rating. We expected a much higher standard of accommodation and service, and unfortunately, this was not delivered.

    No clean towels or bedding , no water replacement, got a stomach bug due to lack of cleanliness, no one using hand sanitizer when entering restaurant and staff not asking anyone to do it,water turned off at night so could not flush toilet or wash hands when I had diarrhoea for the last five days
