    We upgraded our accommodation to the Level Experience upon arrival, as we wanted a more luxurious stay for our honeymoon. While the staff in the Level bar and restaurant were exceptional and provided excellent service throughout our stay, unfortunately the rest of our experience did not meet the standard we expected. We felt that guests who spoke Spanish were consistently prioritised over those who only spoke English. On several occasions, we waited at the bar to be served while guests who arrived after us but spoke Spanish were served first. This happened repeatedly and left us feeling overlooked. The housekeeping service was also disappointing. Our room was often not cleaned until as late as 3pm, and on some days we did not receive fresh hand towels. Our bed sheets were not changed at any point during our stay, and I had to contact reception three times in one day because our minibar had not been replenished and we had no bottled water until around 5pm. Having paid extra for the Level Experience, we expected the enhanced services that were advertised. However, we did not receive the promised turndown service, and we were also informed that we would have to pay $25 for a beach bag, despite seeing other Level guests using the same bags without being charged. This added to our feeling that we were not being treated equally. The swimming pools were another disappointment. They appeared to be poorly maintained, with dirt, leaves and insects regularly floating in the water, making them look unclean on a daily basis. In contrast, the beach was very well maintained, and the entertainment team worked extremely hard to provide a positive experience. Overall, although there were some excellent members of staff—particularly in the Level restaurant and bar—the accommodation and service fell well below the standard we expected from a five-star hotel, especially after paying to upgrade our stay. As this was our honeymoon, it was particularly upsetting that the experience did not live up to the expectations set by the hotel or TUI.

    Tired accommodation in need of refurbishment, some staff surly and not very friendly, advertised as a wellness resort, but booming music around the pool, many things not included within the Level package, although sold as though they were, food OK, but not great. Issue with broken shower reported numerous times not fixed/no one even looked at throughout holiday. Pool sunbeds all taken before 8am, even though majority unoccupied and hotel supposedly had a 'no reserving' policy, was never enforced. 2 restaurants closed for refurbishment, limiting eating options.

    Room smelled and dated. Bedsheets were dirty upon check-in Rooms were not cleaned properly just bed was made up daily Room phone was not working, reported it 4 times only to be told it was repaired but wasn't Shower water flow was poor on many occasions and / or lack of hot water Ironing board was a joke

    We had multiple complaints. The floor was extremely dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned properly in a while. The bathroom was damp. The door wouldn't lock. We had paid for The Level room from the get go, but the room and service was very basic.
