Thank you for your response, but I don't feel it addresses the overall experience we had. This was our first stay with you, and unfortunately it will also be our last. We paid just under £1,000 per person for this holiday and chose your hotel expecting a superior experience. Instead, it caused unnecessary stress and disappointment throughout our stay. Another concern, which was not addressed, was that our room had rust on shower door which also didnt close properly which simply was inconvenience with water seeping onto floor—it is a health and safety hazard, particularly for guests with underlying health conditions. It is unacceptable for a room at this price point to be in that condition. As someone with a disability, I also found the balcony furniture extremely uncomfortable. The metal chairs became far too hot to use in the sun, so I politely asked Reception if a cushion was available. Rather than receiving understanding or assistance, the young receptionist laughed and simply said, \"No.\" That lack of empathy left me feeling embarrassed and dismissed. We also noticed inconsistent treatment from the moment we arrived. Guests checking in immediately before and after us were offered a welcome drink, whereas we were not. While it may seem a small detail, it immediately made us feel like valued service was being given to others but not to us. Breakfast and evening meals were consistently disappointing. I waited over 25 minutes for melon to be replenished, checking several times without success. There were no poached eggs availablewhich I adked at the show cooking facility, the evening meals were often only lukewarm, again I brought it to managers/chef attention and the food choice was limited. My husband could not even get his usual drink, forcing him to buy lager instead, which was significantly overpriced. We spent more time in Corona del mar and Voramar for drink and entertainment We regularly stay at the Don Pancho and Voramar, and both offer a much wider choice of food and drinks at considerably lower prices. Even the bottles of wine at your hotel were double the price we would normally expect to pay. The room itself was also below expectations. Travel agents showed photographs of rooms with comfortable seating, yet ours had no sofa or armchair at all, leaving nowhere comfortable to relax. Again, for a hotel charging premium prices, this was disappointing. One issue on its own might have been overlooked. However, when you combine the rust in the room, poor customer service, disappointing food, overpriced drinks, misleading expectations of the room, and the general lack of attention to guests, it created a holiday that was far from relaxing. A holiday of this cost should leave guests with happy memories, not frustration and emotional stress wondering why they paid so much for an experience that fell so far below expectations. We did not receive the standard of accommodation or service that justified the premium price, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests do not have the same experience.

Show moreHotel was proper en net. Tuin rond zwembad gaf zeer leuk gevoel. Gerenoveerde kamers mooi, maar onhandig ingericht ( douche komt direkt in kamer ), weinig opbergruimte voor kleding, ijzere stoelen ( zonder kussens) op terras. Eten was matig en niet warm genoeg, nooit kaasbeleg ( gouda of edammer) bij ontbijt.
