    We could only get into our room after 2pm which was fine we were able to sit by the pool and have some lunch before we went to our room.

    Lovely air conditioned room. Spotlessly clean. Only downsides were size of shower cubicle and width of balcony, both of which were very small.

    When booking the hotel and room, it said I had a free upgrade so I clicked it, the room we had was small the balcony was tiny and literally only room for the 2 chairs and a small table. I dread to think what we would have got if I had not clicked the upgrade. There was nowhere to dry wet swimwear outside, Our room bands did not work to unlock the door, and we went down 3 times and told them only to be told they are registered, in the end we had a door card to get in. The hotel had no supermarket on site so had to go to town for the essentials. Like milk….. & teabags as apparently they are not replenished in the room and you only got 2 anyway. Very disappointing, Was expecting the waterpark to be open only to find out it closed last summer due to conservation issues. There was nothing around to do, the hotel did have the free shuttle bus into Punta Prima, which is a town that does not have a lot to do. And no shops, mainly supermarkets. Did get the bus to Mahón one evening and again on the Saturday for the market. Can’t say I’ll be staying that end of the island again. Prefer the west coat Cala n Bosch and Cala n Forcat.

    Hotel rooms have all you need but look like they could do with a bit of an update. Pool and surrounding areas are very clean Food was very good with different food stations every day ie Pizza, Paella, Roast meats The staff in the dining area have it running very well
