I thought the hotel reception staff were great (Lara, Sara and Daniel) / full of local information and advice. The breakfast was very good and the staff (Catia) was very attentive.

We had put in a request for a quiet room if possible due to my chronic illness that means I need more rest than others. Initially we were given a room right next to the lift on the top floor. This made the first day of our holiday stressful as I was unable to rest properly having been up since 2 am for our flight. Fortunately the hotel staff were very understanding and they changed our room the next day but it still meant that we we weren't able to properly unpack and fully start relaxing into our holiday until after 3 pm on day 2/7 which was far from Ideal. Apart from the rooming issue our hotel was fabulous. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so friendly and many spoke excellent English, which we were very grateful for. The pool was fabulous with superb views, although the road noise took a little getting used to. We didn't use the spa facilities but they looked fabulous.

Lovely Hotel in an excellent location. Beautiful 20 min stroll along the promenade to Riva. The staff were all lovely. Room was not huge but very clean and had everything you need. We stayed b&b. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and opened from 7.
