    The hotel itself is beautiful. The food in the main buffet was not great, not what I’d expect from a 5* hotel. We also got sick whilst we were there, I’m not sure if it was the food or a bug. I think the amount of restaurants you’ve advertised is slightly misleading, as a couple of the “restaurants” are simply food huts. Additionally, 3 or 4 of the restaurants use the same space. We were expecting a much bigger hotel based on this, but instead the hotel felt quite cramped and busy.

    The resort was wonderful, it had a lot of facilities for adults and kids, and the kids facilities were fantastic and kept separate to the adult facilities which was nice. Our room was as described with a swim up pool. The food selection was brilliant with a help yourself buffet and separate a la carte restaurants all part of the all inclusive deal. The beach was lovely and the service and amount of bars and places to eat was great. Only gripe would be that when we arrived we found the a la carte restaurants were all fully booked, so no one told us you should book ahead of arriving but the hotel reception managed to get us booked into each one on various nights so worked out ok in the end

    “Kreta, Mitsis Selection Rinela ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

    Wir haben uns für unseren Urlaub für Kreta entschieden und das AI Mitsis Selection Rinela gebucht . Und vom buchen bis zum Ende des Urlaubs hat alles top geklappt . Das einzige was wir kritisieren ist das in den À la carte Restaurant‘s keine freien Plätze zu bekommen waren was echt schade war. Denn wenn man das mitbezahlt wäre es echt schön auch dort mal zu essen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist top und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Flug von Wien war super und der Transfer in Kreta vom Flughafen ins Hotel war top organisiert, zurück ebenso . Wir werden beim nächsten Mal wieder mit tui buchen .
