    This is not a 5 star hotel more like a 3. Staff were not helpful came across rude. Before we checked in I had emailed the hotel and they said they will do what they can in the rooms as we wanted 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms. This was offered but the staff didn’t know which room was double and which was twin then he said ohh sorry this is the double so we went to the room to find out that wasn’t the case so one family got the 2 double and other for 2 twin, so as we all was one family we swapped with the family. Then when we checked out they got all rude that we did that and was annoyed. Really not professional. We also did a day trip so we asked the concierge to arrange breakfast box as we was leaving earlier we asked for few things they said they can’t give what we want and have to choose from the menu they have so we did request 8 vegetarian box, when we collected them in the morning we didn’t get what we selected and then was to late and no staff to ask at that time, when we got back I make a complaint and all they said was sorry do you want it now really not helpful they don’t care about pleasing the customers very disappointed.

    We were very disappointed with our hotel the write up of where the hotel is isn’t where it is. So it’s very misleading there’s literally nothing in the area and we wanted it close to bars and restaurants as we have children in the their Twenties. Very expensive holiday for what we got, £7500. Really not happy at all feel like the description needs to describe the area in which the hotel is situated in.

    Amazing food at this hotel from the buffet to the specialist restaurants. The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No sunbed wars around the pool and could always get somewhere to sit around the main pool.
