    Recommended

    My favourite hotel i have been to to date!!! Just as TUI described it was a luxury hotel that didn’t miss a single thing from fully stocked mini fridge to a range of restaurants and drinks. the staff were so polite and helpful i urge everyone to visit Mitsis Summer Palace at least once in their life ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Lovely hotel..set on a hillside with LOTS of steps. Fabulous views. Polite, professional and Courteous staff. Buggies/ golf carts not always available..booked a trip to volcano but was dropped at sister hotel and advised to get a buggy up the steep slope from this hotel to our hotel in that heat..not easily accessible/available, ended up walking and nearly had heat stroke. Booked the trip with TUI so they should have either dropped us at our hotel or arranged for alternative. No sign of rep. Not 5 star à la carte dining, absolutely let our experience down.

    Very disappointed with the choice of food and drinks. My son is 16 and we had to buy food from shops as there were no snack options. The choice of food very limited in the main restaurant. The choice of drinks also very small and didn’t taste like they should. The wine wasn’t drinkable . Very disappointed with this hotel.

    Definitely not 5 star hotel. All food in main restaurant was awful - we ended up eating out. We booked à la carte restaurant for 10pm and the kitchen and bar shut in that restaurant at 10:30pm so didn’t have everything we wanted. Alcohol from the hotel made us poorly. We spoke to the concierge and also customer relations staff members to complain and they were very rude, arrogant and patronising. In our room when we would use the shower it would flood the bathroom - even into the toilet The swimming pool area was tiny - each pool had about 10 sunbeds which were wedged next to eachother so you had no privacy, no space and couldn’t get off or on the sunbeds easily without disrupting the person next to you. All the sunbeds would go first thing in the morning so unless you got up and set an alarm ridiculously early (when you’re on holiday) you wouldn’t get a space next to the pool. The entertainment area was tiny - was based in one of the restaurants so you could never sit and watch it and it finished early. We ended up spending the last 4 days out of the hotel completely and paying for 3 meals every day because the hotel just wasn’t accommodating. When we spoke to the manager he put all of our complaints on us to make it feel like it was our problem and all our fault - no customer service at all. All the bars had a restricted menu of cocktails and all served different ones - the most popular cocktail being a pina colada was only available in the reception bar. Meaning if you were ok the beach, by the pool or one of the other restaurants you would have to walk to reception to get the drink you want. Wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel. Super disappointed.
