Upon arrival at this hotel, the room had a strong musty odour. This was so pervasive that, upon returning home, I had to wash all of my clothing—including unworn items—as they had absorbed a damp and unpleasant smell. The room itself appeared very dated and in need of significant refurbishment. There were also hygiene concerns. One of the beds had red marks resembling lipstick on the sheets. I raised this with a TUI representative from another hotel, who advised that the bedding would be changed; however, this did not happen. Similarly, the electrical plug provided for the fridge (which we were required to pay for) was unsafe, with exposed wires. This was also reported, and I was assured it would be replaced, but no action was taken. The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible mould around the shower and room that clearly required thorough cleaning. Basic amenities were lacking, including soap, which I had to purchase myself. Additionally, hot water was only available in the evenings, which caused particular difficulty for my friend, who requires access to hot water in the mornings due to a health condition. As a result, she was forced to relocate to the neighbouring property, Aggelos, to safeguard her wellbeing. Cleanliness throughout the accommodation was substandard. The floor appeared not to have been cleaned for several days, the curtains were dirty and the patio area was extremely dirty, with signs it had not been swept. There were remains of a dead baby bird as well as a significant presence of ants. The behaviour of the hotel manager was also unacceptable. When concerns were raised about the hot water, they were dismissive despite similar complaints from other guests. On one occasion, the manager approached me in an aggressive manner and instructed me to leave and go to another hotel, having confused me with my friend. No apology was offered when this mistake became apparent. I have independent witnesses who can corroborate this incident. The breakfast provision was also very disappointing. The selection was poor in both quality and variety. There was only standard tea available, the orange juice resembled diluted squash, and fresh fruit was limited to tinned peaches. Bread options were minimal (no toast or rolls) and the ham and cheese appeared unappetising. The hot food selection was unclear and did not appear appetising. After the first day, I chose not to use the breakfast service and instead purchased food elsewhere, having briefly checked again later in the week only to find no improvement. Given the above, I strongly recommend that TUI conduct an inspection of this property and speak directly with guests. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 3-star rating. This was one of the poorest accommodation experiences I have had, and the conduct of management was particularly concerning.

One of best places i have ever stayed. The staff made us feel like family. I want to go back tomorrow.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were really helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable, the view was stunning. The breakfast was ok. The restaurant was excellent, the pool and grounds were lovely.
