    Helpful staff through out , always kept us right . They even had little buggies giving us lifts around the place .

    Ive been to 4 Greek hotels/ island and this by far was the best ive stayed at it was clean, comfortable, the staff were always friendly and helpful

    Georgia the spa therapist was amazing! My back, neck massage was incredible, so in depth and intense just how I wanted! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing but firm and pressured massage! Jason at the pool bar was the best, he made us excellent drinks including one that was not on the menu! I especially enjoyed his pool side music playlists. Maria the restaurant hostess was lovely! She was very attentive, always informing us of the food choices and the entertainment in the evenings. The staff members mentioned above genuinely went above and beyond and deserve recognition for their 5 star service. Unfortunately, we couldn’t say the same for all members of staff. We felt that, at times, there was inconsistency in the way guests were treated, particularly depending on age. As a couple in our late 20s, there were occasions where we felt overlooked. For example, we became aware that a few other couples who had arrived on the same day as us had been upgraded at the hotel’s discretion, which was disappointing given that we had not been offered the same consideration. We also raised an issue with reception regarding how uncomfortable and firm our bed was, as we had not had a proper night’s sleep. Unfortunately, when I initially tried to explain the issue, the receptionist interrupted me before I had finished speaking and bluntly told me that all of the beds in the hotel were the same. Once I explained that the uncomfortable bed was affecting our sleep, she took our room number and advised that housekeeping would come and look at the bed and make adjustments. Unfortunately, nobody came to our room and the issue was never addressed. Overall, there were some members of staff who made our stay particularly enjoyable, but the inconsistency in service and our experience of being treated differently did take away from what could otherwise have been a fantastic stay.

    Lovely hotel and staff where great . But the wasp situation is really bad and the scum marks and green algey in the pools as there are not cleaned daily . The soft drinks are also terrible . Danny the pool bar man was great
