“Top locatie”

Het hotel was helemaal top! Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt alles was schoon , men was uiterst vriendelijk! Behulpzaam aardig en gastvrij. Het enige jammere was de snelheid van serveren bij het Italiaans restaurant en Indiaas restaurant wij hadden 4 gangen en waren in 40 min klaar. En hey zingen bij de start van het eten miste ik(jambo) dat was voorheen nu trommelde men.

“Top vakantie!”

Tui heeft er weer voor gezorgd dat we totaal ontzorgt zijn! Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Kenia. Een fijne rustige vlucht met goed eten, Een vlotte transfer en een warm welkom in het Neptune Paradise resort! Hier sta je als gast echt voorop!! De aapjes zijn iets of wat een plaag maar zolang je geen eten bij je hebt buiten laten ze je gewoon met rust. Verder is het resort een oase van rust, zijn de kamers fantastisch en is het eten en drinken dik en dik voor elkaar! Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug en raden deze accomodatie ook echt aan!

“Kenia strand en safari vakantie”

Tui Breda regelde alles tot in de puntjes. Voor ons gezin met 4 kinderen was dit een onvergetelijk avontuur. Communicatie met Tui Breda was top, wij werden over alles zeer goed geïnformeerd. Wij raden Tui Breda ook aan iedereen aan!

Although I booked an all-inclusive holiday, I do not believe the hotel delivered what most travellers would reasonably expect from an all-inclusive package. Having travelled extensively around the world, this was by far one of the poorest all-inclusive experiences I have encountered. The snack bar only included noodles, while basic snack items such as burgers were available only at an additional charge. Before booking, I specifically checked the information on the TUI website and there was nothing to indicate that the snack bar would incur extra charges for standard snack items. Likewise, ice cream—a staple of most all-inclusive resorts—was also chargeable, along with many drinks and other food items. After paying a substantial amount for an all-inclusive holiday, I did not expect to have to continually pay extra simply to eat and drink throughout my stay. Charging guests for something as basic as a burger is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, although I was travelling as a solo traveller, I was holidaying alongside my parents and a friend. All four of us suffered with upset stomachs during the holiday, which inevitably affected our enjoyment of the trip. Finally, I was disappointed by the conduct of the hotel owner. During our stay, restaurants were closed to accommodate a private wedding, causing disruption to paying guests. More concerning was the way the owner spoke to members of staff. His behaviour towards them was so rude that my father felt compelled to intervene and challenge him. This was uncomfortable to witness and certainly not the level of professionalism I would expect from a hotel promoted by TUI.
