3rd time at this hotel. We absolutely love it. Beautiful part of San Antonio. Out of the way of the madness but justa bus ride into it nice and quiet with fabulous sunset views. Amazing staff and service. Lovely pool area and spotlessly clean. 🥰

Fairly good nice staff

Lovely location but everything else was awful. Food was bad, drinks not good very watered down even soft drinks. Air con in room didn’t work (even after paying for upgraded room with air con) staff said it’s working it’s just not very good because it’s old!! Hair in the bed on arrival. Very tatty rooms, hole in bathroom ceiling.

Hotel was old and outdated, the food was at best “fine” but you wouldn’t choose to eat there. Adds on such as kettles, late check out where expensive! Rooms were okay but dated, toilet didn’t work, plastic seats. Only saved by location/view!

Everything was perfect, could not fault the hotel or staff. A lovely holiday.
