    Restaurants advertised were not open leaving a choice of 1 or the buffet. Having watched as children moved food from the servery to plate then back again with there hands luke warm food sitting around, it was no wonder i ended up vomiting and diarrhoea for the last 3 days. I did report the food handling to a section manager but this was totally ignored.

    The room had lots of issues, offered “upgrade” only 1 bed, 3 males dad, 2sons travelled - doesn’t work No child entertainment through the day Limited entertainment at night Food mostly cold, not enough plates in the buffet, lots of families moving rooms due to issues, staff very rude (not all of them but most)

    There were just a few issues - the phone in the room didn’t work, the sink basin was cracked, there was plug socket loose on the wall with wires exposed. None of these were major things in isolation but I didn’t feel the hotel were very helpful when we reported things. However the pool was lovely, the waterpark great and the children’s entertainment was very good. There is a lack of food options while at the pools but I can see this is being addressed with some new restaurants coming soon.
