Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the resort to be in a beautiful location, with easy access to some fantastic beaches in the surrounding area. The location is definitely worth exploring. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the housekeeping team. Their standards were exceptional, and the accommodation was spotless throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the communal facilities across the resort was also very good. Well done to the housekeeping team for their hard work and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. The choice was extremely limited, with very little variety available at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The selection was particularly poor compared with what we would normally expect from a resort of this standard. As the resort was due to close at the end of the week we were staying, it felt as though there was very little attention being paid to either the quantity or quality of the food. This significantly affected our overall experience. We were also disappointed by the behaviour of the head waiter, a bald gentleman. We found his manner to be unprofessional and, on several occasions, it appeared that he treated Italian guests differently from foreign guests. This was particularly noticeable because we speak Italian perfectly, yet we still experienced this difference in treatment because we have foreign names. We also spoke with other foreign guests who had noticed the same behaviour. This was the first time we have experienced anything like this on holiday, and we found it very uncomfortable and disappointing. In summary, the accommodation, housekeeping and location were excellent and deserve recognition. However, the poor food selection and the service we experienced from the head waiter considerably reduced our enjoyment of the holiday. We hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve the experience for future guests.

The accommodation itself was dated and could do with an up-date but was clean. However the resort and the swimming pools were amazing, the grounds were well kept. Good service around the shuttle to the beach, just a shame there is no beach bar for drinks etc. There was one particular member of staff, Gino who worked in the bar provided exceptional service and needs commending. There was an issue at the airports as we booked special assistance and they had no notification which created delays and caused certainly issues on the return flight which did not help us have an enjoyable experience at the airport.
