Lovely hotel very comfortable, clean and good facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The service was dreadful and the staff were miserable. They should make breakfast all self service as the waiting staff were so busy the service was terrible

Everything was 5 star and just as we’d hoped. The only slight criticism was the lack of any ambience to stay in the hotel for a drink in the evenings, the large entrance lobby always empty, no music, bar not open. Although it was Adults only there were a balanced mix of ages and unless you wanted to pay for a 3 course meal there was no incentive to stay for food or drinks in the evenings, especially disappointing on the very wet days we had during the storms we experienced in Crete recently. I think the hotel could have generated more business to have provided this opportunity for guests.

No evening entertainment or inside bar

Our room was lovely and exactly as requested. It was all on one level, which was important for my husband following his stroke, and it gave him easy access to the pool areas. We were also close to the lifts, which made getting around the hotel much easier. The hotel itself was excellent. The room, pool areas, food, location, staff, and overall service were all outstanding. Unfortunately, the room we were allocated (Room 525) was extremely noisy. Although it met our accessibility requirements, it was located directly next to the restaurant and bar areas. The bar was literally on the other side of our balcony, and restaurant diners were also seated nearby, so the balcony did not feel like a private or relaxing space. Noise from the restaurant started early each morning, with the sound of plates, cups, and other items being stacked and cleared. This often woke us much earlier than we would have liked. The bar area also remained noisy throughout the day and evening. As a result, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep, and my husband, who needs regular rest periods as part of his recovery from a stroke, found it difficult to relax or take an afternoon rest in the room. I completely understand that it can be challenging to balance accessibility requirements with room location, and I appreciate that the room met our mobility needs perfectly. However, I feel it is important to highlight that Room 525 is not a quiet room and may not be suitable for guests who are particularly sensitive to noise or who require rest for medical reasons. Aside from this issue, we had a wonderful stay and found every other aspect of the hotel to be excellent.
