    Hotel staff were amazing! So friendly and family orientated. The a la carte was not amazing but the buffet restaurant was of a good standard. Room was clean spacious and great condition. Very nice hot powerful shower. Great views and good size balcony

    Ahran at the pool bar was excellent very kind and friendly and ashraff at the beach bar was also excellent always friendly and helpful, cleaners were very good always keeping the hotel clean and tidy some waiting staff only seemed to be bothered with the French guests and didn't have much time for any other guests. Food was very samey an odd thing would change each day otherwise it was almost the same every day, a more varied menu would not go amiss but overall the hotel is very well set out and very clean.

    Would 100% recommend the Nozha Beach and Spa Resort, Tunisia. We had such a fantastic holiday. Hotel was so clean, facilities were brilliant, and the staff were all very very good. Each member of staff was truly exceptional. We felt so welcomed and looked after. The maids were brilliant, we came back to imaculate rooms fresh towels whevered needed, lovely swans made out of sheets, flower displays, it really made us feel special. The pool staff, they were always there helping you find a space and helping you get loungers when you came down. The pool bar staff were always there to fill up your drinks, and so lovely chatting making us feel welcomed and great with the children too. The waiting staff, always tending to everyone, making sure you had a table when you got to the restaurant, and always on hand if you needed anything, not that you did because they made sure you had everything you needed, service was honestly top quality from each and every member of the hotel team. Ot forgetting the chefs. What a selection each day. We truly were spoilt for choice. Again the entertainment team, and kids club staff, what a great bunch, there encouraging people to join in and have a good time. The beach lifeguards, not forgetting them, they were great too, looking after everyone. We really were made to feel so welcome and looked after, and each one of thr staff at this hotel all made our holiday really really special. Its going to be hard to find somewhere to top this holiday.

    The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Only complaint which would put me off returning qould be the food. Raw food was served in the main buffet resteraunt. There were no signes for ingredients used which my parter who I was travelling is allergic to fish so were not aware of food that had traces of fish in.
